AC Monza mourns the passing of Fiorenzo Dosso, journalist, writer and devoted biancorosso supporter: the “Poet of Monza.” Our poet.
From the very first matches at the Sada Stadium, cheering alongside his father, to his career as a reporter and correspondent following the Brianzoli, who on May 29th, 2022, gave him the immense joy of their long-awaited first promotion to Serie A. And then a second one as well, now in 2026, which sadly he was unable to enjoy as he would have wished and deserved.
After contributing to the book celebrating Monza’s 110th anniversary, in 2024 he began writing for the Club’s official website, sharing his moving stories about the biancorosso past in a dedicated column.
Even during the difficult final months of his illness, his first thought was always the next article to write with passion and meticulous care about his beloved Monza.
Goodbye, Fiorenzo. We will miss you dearly. Our heartfelt condolences and a warm embrace go to his wife Brunella and to all his family.
