1) FIRST PHASE - 19/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ONLY
From 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 18 until Sunday, August 22.
Sales reserved ONLY for 19/20 season ticket holders.
At the time of purchase, each season ticket holder can exercise pre-emption for themselves and for three other season ticket holders (a maximum of 4 tickets including their own).
2) SECOND PHASE - FREE SALE
From 11:00 on Monday 23 August until Sunday 29 August.

- At the U-Power Stadium's SOUTH ticket office on the following days:
- Saturday 28th August from 10am to 6pm
- Sunday 29th August from 10am to 4pm
- Payment options: credit card, debit card, cash.
The stadium's ticket office will close on 29th August at 4pm and will not re-open in order to avoid big crowds close to the match.
It is NOT possible to buy tickets using the 19/20 season ticket refund voucher, as the latter is usable only ONLINE.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE PURCHASE DEDICATED TO 19/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Subscribers to the 2019-20 season can access the purchase by entering the SUBSCRIPTION NUMBER shown on the back of the card (the number consists of 12 digits, insert five zeros before the subscription number e.g. 000001234567).
If you do not have a card, you can request your subscription number by emailing [email protected] and attaching your identity document.
At the time of purchase, each season ticket holder can exercise pre-emption for themselves and three other season ticket holders (a maximum of 4 tickets including their own).
We inform you that it is not possible to guarantee the seat of the old season ticket because, in order to maintain the spacing as required by the anti-covid rules, the seats that can be purchased have been configured in a chessboard.
STADIUM ACCESS PROCEDURES
We remind you that in order to access the stadium you must be in possession of a valid green pass.
In order to better regulate the flow, fans are informed that:
- access to the stadium will be possible only from the gate indicated on the ticket; access from a different gate will not be allowed in any way;
- it is advisable to arrive at the stadium with the Green Pass in digital format on your smartphone, and not printed, in order to facilitate access operations; it is essential to bring a valid identity document;
- even in the event of a transfer of a ticket, the new holder must of course be in possession of the Green Pass and an identity card to gain access to the stadium;
- it is advisable to arrive at the stadium well in advance of kick-off; tickets that have not been used because their holder was unable to enter the stadium due to lack of Green Pass and ID will not be refunded.
