The Updating Course for Coaches and Scouts has just begun, but the sessions are already in full swing.
During the second meeting of the project, held this morning at the Centro Sportivo Silvio and Luigi Berlusconi-Monzello, two special guests stopped by to meet and greet the attendees: Head Coach Paolo Bianco and Technical Director Francesco Vallone.
In their speeches, the Apulian coach and Director Vallone emphasized how the Club’s success and stability stem from a complete alignment of vision and are driven by constant communication across all departments, ensuring that every effort is aligned with the club’s objectives.
Despite arriving in Brianza under a different ownership, Coach Bianco highlighted how naturally he embraced the strategies of the new sporting project, turning the change in leadership into an opportunity for collective growth.
The coach concluded by sharing several insights with the many course participants, based on his daily working methodology, which is founded on two key pillars: on one hand, an integrated approach involving the technical, tactical and physical aspects working in synergy so that the team operates as a single unit; on the other hand, an individualized approach that places each player at the center of a specific development path, aimed at enhancing individual characteristics within the collective system.
The Coaches and Scouts Course was created with the clear objective of building a concrete bridge to professional football, offering direct access to the know-how of the Youth Academy and the biancorossi First Team.
The program represents an investment in one's professional future and a real opportunity to connect with the Club's sports area
The journey into the biancorosso world continues.
