From 10:02 PM on Friday, May 29th, 2026, Monza were back in Serie A. Then the celebrations began.
A huge, unforgettable party over two days that sent the entire city into delirium.
First came the team's award ceremony, with Hernani winning the playoff MVP title and captain Matteo Pessina lifting the trophy into the sky above the U-Power Stadium.
Then, on Saturday, May 30th, the team toured the city aboard an open-top bus. A massive crowd greeted the players, who later arrived in Piazza Trento and Trieste, where a delegation from the biancorossi was welcomed in the City Hall council chamber for a celebratory event.
President Lauren Crampsie, CEO Mauro Baldissoni, Sporting Director Nicolas Burdisso and Technical Director Francesco Vallone, together with Head Coach Paolo Bianco, captain Matteo Pessina, Patrick Ciurria and Samuele Birindelli, signed the Municipality’s Book of Honor to commemorate this great moment for the city. They then appeared on the balcony to greet the fans, with the Curva Davide Pieri leading the chants from the front rows.
A dinner on the pitch at the U-Power Stadium with families and club employees, followed by the traditional cake-cutting ceremony, officially brought Monza’s magical 2025-26 season to a close.
See you in July, when a new Serie A adventure begins, together once again!
