Another special day for the players of AC Monza.
On the eve of the match in Mantova, a delegation from the biancorosso Club, comprising Sporting Director Nicolas Burdisso, Head Coach Paolo Bianco and players Samuele Birindelli, Pedro Obiang, Andrea Carboni, Giuseppe Caso and Arvid Brorsson, visited the oncology ward of the Maria Letizia Verga Center in Monza.
It was a morning filled with strong emotional and human impact, during which the players met with patients and staff, giving out toys but, above all, sharing smiles and warmth, the best possible therapy for the many children undergoing treatment.
Simple gestures, yet of great value, to continue concretely supporting the solidarity project that means so much to the Club.
The “Maria Letizia Verga Committee” association (ODV), founded in 1979 and transformed into a foundation in 2025, brings together parents, volunteers, supporters, researchers, doctors and healthcare professionals in an alliance aimed at improving the overall quality of life of children and young people affected by hematological-oncological diseases, as well as highly complex metabolic and genetic conditions.
