MONZA 2 - 2 PERUGIA: MATCH REPORT


Monza finds the equaliser in the last play of the game, as Ciurria avoids the first home loss for the Biancorossi.

Mister Stroppa makes a few changes from last game, Ramirez and Molina debut from the first minute and Mota comes back from an injury.

A very balanced first half, with both teams struggling to create chances. In the 42nd minute, then, Monza finds the lead. Mota wins a penalty, which is well converted by Valoti who makes it 1-0.

In the second half Perugia starts pushing in order to find the equaliser, which arrives in the 64th minute thanks to another penalty, this time transformed by De Luca. 

11 minutes later the guests find the lead when matos crosses in the middle for Kouan, who taps the ball in from a few steps.

The match seems to be over, however in the 96th minute Ciurria finds the equaliser with a header and keeps Monza's home record without losses.

It ends 2-2 at the U-Power Stadium, the Biancorossi will be back on the field on Saturday 22nd January at 2pm against Reggina.
