The third season of AC Monza Team eSports is just around the corner.
With the registration at the FIFAe Club Series the 21-22 competitive season officially opens.
AC Monza, accompanied for the second year by its eSports Main Partner Opiquad, will try to replicate the excellent results achieved in the previous editions, which have led the Biancorossi to occupy the number 12 position in the Club World Ranking.
The roster has been confirmed for this year, with Raffaele "Er Caccia" Cacciapuoti and Renzo "Nzorello" Parave ready to take on the best players in the world once again.
The 21-22 edition of the event will also see a couple of important changes. the competition will be entirely played on PS5, and the final event is set to be played live in the summer of 2022.
The road to the FIFAe Club World Cup will be long and difficult and only the best 24 teams in the world will access the final event through the qualification process.
Qualifying will take place entirely online and will follow last year's format. The teams, divided by zone according to the country from which their players will compete, will be sub-divided into 80-teams conferences.
Within these conferences there will then be divisions, with promotions and relegations taking place at the end of each week. At the end of the first qualifying phase only the best of the First Division of each Conference will gain access to the Playoffs.
Monza, thanks to the semifinal obtained in the last edition, has been inserted by right in the First Division of Conference 1 of the Central-Eastern Europe area and will play the first qualifying round in February.
