Monza back to winning ways in the league thanks to a 2-0 victory at the U-Power Stadium against Reggiana.
A few changes in the starting eleven for the Biancorossi, with Scaglia and Pirola guiding the defence while upfront D'Errico starts from the first minute behind Diaw and Mota.
A very strong start by the home side, which finds the lead in the 12th minute thanks to a powerful strike by Carlos from inside the box. Third league goal for the Brazilian left-back. for the rest of the first half Monza controls the game without conceding any dangerous chance.
The second half starts like the first one, with the Biancorossi pushing in order to try and find the second goal. The biggest chance comes in the 64th minute when both D'Errico and Frattesi can't find the goal on a cross by Mota after a fast counter attack by Diaw. A goal that arrives anyway in the 84th minute thanks to Colpani, who dribbles a defender in the box and strikes with his right foot.
It ends 2-0 at the U-Power Stadium, a very good win for Monza that will be back in the pitch on Saturday at 4pm.
