Giulio Donati is officially an AC Monza player.
The Italian full-back signed a 3-year deal with the Club until 30/06/2023.
Born on February 5th, 1990 in Pietrasanta (Lucca), Donati comes from Inter's academy, where he played two seasons with the U19, before making his debut in Serie A at the age of 20 with Lecce. After his experiences in Serie B with Padova and Grosseto, Donati played 67 matches with Bayer Leverkusen, including 15 caps and a goal in the Champions League. In 2016 then another German experience with Mainz, where he collected 88 appearances.
Last January Donati returned to play in Serie A with Lecce, scoring one goal in 20 appearances.
