From videogame to the field. Here's the idea behind AC Monza Skill Games, the new initiative aiming to bring the challenges young fans usually experience in their favorite video games onto the football field.
WHAT THEY ARE
AC Monza Skill Games are one-day events where young fans can test their skills in various abilities typically encountered in popular football video games, such as dribbling, 1vs1, target shooting, all with a joystick in hand.
Different stations are set up to measure participants' abilities numerically using specially connected sensors to a dedicated app, translating various performances into measurable data.
Each participant will have a unique access ID to their personal profile to view the results of their trials.
WHO THEY ARE FOR
AC Monza Skill Games are open to all young fans of the club aged between 8 and 16, whether they play football or not, and who dream of testing their abilities in a fun-filled day.
AC Monza Skill Games aim to counter the common notion that sports and technology should be mutually exclusive, demonstrating instead how applying innovation to football can provide participants with a unique and enjoyable experience.
