"Insieme al Monza - progetto affiliazioni" aims to create synergies within the Brianza, Lombardy and National territory through the stipulation of partnerships with Technical Centers (Elite) and Affiliate Clubs (Academy). The format is based on the following values:
TECHNICAL: excellent teaching standard thanks to educators, trainers and highly qualified staff.
ETHICAL: to promote fun through loyalty and education among children who learn to respect each other and the opponent.
To achieve this goal, AC Monza's Youth Staff plays a fundamental role in transferring the the core values that make up the Club's DNA to players, coaches and parents of the affiliated clubs.
