AC Monza announce that, effective from 1st July 2026, Ivan Juric will become the new Head Coach of the biancorossi First Team.
Born in Split on 25th August 1975, Juric enjoyed a playing career with Hajduk Split, Sevilla, Albacete, Crotone and Genoa.
After working as an assistant coach with Inter and Palermo, and later managing Genoa's Under 20 side, he made his debut as a head coach with Mantova in Serie C during the 2014-15 season.
The following year, in his first season in Serie B, he guided Crotone to a historic first-ever promotion to Serie A.
In the summer of 2016, he returned to Genoa and made his Serie A debut as a head coach, successfully leading the Club to safety. His spell in Liguria came to an end in 2019, when he was appointed by Hellas Verona.
His time in Verona proved to be outstanding, as he led the gialloblù to ninth- and tenth-place finishes in Serie A while introducing an exciting, attacking style of football that won over the fans.
In the summer of 2021, he moved to Torino, where he spent three seasons, further establishing his reputation and earning a move to Roma.
After his spell with the giallorossi, he embarked on a new challenge in England with Southampton before returning to Italy to take charge of Atalanta.
With the Bergamo Club, he added another important chapter to his career, making his UEFA Champions League debut and taking charge of the team in four matches.
A coach renowned for his charisma, experience, intensity and bold, aggressive style of football, Juric is now ready to begin an exciting new chapter in Serie A with Monza.
