PRIMAVERA 1: MONZA-JUVENTUS 1-2

The match between Monza and Juventus, valid for the seventh round of the league season, ends 1-2 at the Centro Sportivo Silvio and Luigi Berlusconi-Monzello.

The opening stages are evenly balanced, with both teams carefully assessing their opponents and looking for solutions. The biancorossi build from the back, seeking to make the most of the technical ability and physical strength of the attacking duo formed by Fogliaro and Abou Elezz.

Monza grow into the game as the minutes go by and become increasingly threatening in the attacking third, putting together precise and well-constructed moves.

At 19', the bianconeri try their luck through Tiozzo, who fails to hit the target.

The deadlock is broken at 29', when Borasio puts the bianconeri ahead, finding the top corner with a shot from the edge of the penalty area.

The home side react immediately, but Juventus’ defence is well organised and leaves little space for their opponents.

At 37', Valiana intercepts the ball and tries to trouble Strajnar with a long-range effort. The dangerous right-footed shot sails over the crossbar.

As the first half draws to a close, Monza push forward persistently, while the visitors look to threaten on the counterattack. At 43', Rigo doubles the bianconeri’s lead after receiving a well-placed pass from the left.

After the break, Martone and his teammates step up the pressure and launch their attacks with great aggression.

At 24', Strajnar produces a decisive save to deny Camara’s right-footed effort, keeping the score unchanged.

The biancorossi refuse to give up, and at 34' the game is back on: Buonaiuto produces a superb piece of skill to beat his marker and set up Fogliaro, who shoots first time. The effort turns into an assist for Zanni, who reacts quickest to the loose ball and beats Huli.

At 38', Fardin picks up the ball on the left and beats two defenders with a classy dribble before delivering a precise cross in search of a teammate making a run into the box. The ball goes out of play, allowing the bianconeri to breathe a sigh of relief.

The visitors retreat to protect their goal, but the brianzoli continue to press, and at 46' Zanni gets a shot on target. Huli is well positioned and gathers the ball safely in his gloves. The final whistle confirms a 1-2 victory for Juventus.

In the next round, scheduled for Saturday, 24th October 2026, at 3:00 PM, AC Monza will face Cesena FC away from home.
