AC Monza states that, starting from 1st July 2025, Paolo Bianco will be the new Head Coach of the First Team, signing a contract until 30th June 2027.
Born in Foggia on 20th August 1977, he starts his career as a player in his town.
After experiences at Treviso and Catania, in 2006 he makes his Serie A debut with Cagliari, where he plays for 3 seasons.
in the 2010/2011 season he joins Sassuolo, where he achieves promotion to Serie A in 2013 and ends his career as a player in 2015.
After the first experiences as a manager in Serie C with Siracusa and Sicula Leonzio, he guides Serie B side Modena in the 2023/2024 season, before joining Frosinone on February 2025 and helping the team to avoid relegation.
