AC Monza announces that the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Club, held today, has appointed, inter alia, the new Board of Directors of AC Monza.
The new Board of Directors is composed of:
(i) Lauren Crampsie, appointed Chairman of AC Monza;
(ii) Mauro Baldissoni;
(iii) Brandon Gabriel Berger;
(iv) Kirk Galiani;
(v) Rocco Strazzella;
(vi) Gianluca Iuliano;
(vii) Fabrizio Ferrara
Following the meeting, the newly appointed Board of Directors convened and appointed Mauro Baldissoni as Chief Executive Officer.
The same Shareholders’ Meeting also appointed the new Board of Statutory Auditors, consisting of:
(i) Valeria Conti, Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
(ii) Daniela Di Rienzo, Statutory Auditor;
(iii) Alessandra Passarelli, Statutory Auditor;
and
(i) Manuela Patrizi, Alternate Auditor;
(ii) Giulio Cerquozzi, Alternate Auditor
