FILIPPO DELLI CARRI JOINS AC MONZA

Filippo Delli Carri is a new player for Monza.

The defender, coming from Padova, has signed a contract with the biancorosso club until June 30th, 2028, with an automatic renewal for an additional season if certain conditions are met.

Born in Turin on May 3rd, 1999, he grew up at Pescara, where he made his professional debut in the Coppa Italia match on August 6th, 2017, against Triestina.

In the summer of 2017, he transferred to Juventus, with which he made 20 appearances in the Primavera Championship 2017-18.

After a season on loan at Rieti, where he played 24 matches in Serie C, he returned to Juventus to join the Under 23 team.

With Juventus's second team, he made 35 appearances and won a Serie C Coppa Italia, earning a move to Serie A during his subsequent loan experience with Salernitana.

He made his top-flight debut on December 11th, 2021, at home against Fiorentina and in the 2021-22 season he made another 4 appearances with the Granata.

After a stint with Como, in January 2023, he began his adventure with Padova.

In two and a half seasons in Veneto, he made a total of 102 appearances and scored 11 goals, playing a key role in the promotion to Serie B on April 25th of last year.

During the 2024-25 season, he played as a starter in 37 matches without ever being substituted and scored 5 goals.

A versatile and physically strong left-footed defender, he also has 5 appearances and 1 goal with Italy's Under 20 team.

Now, Monza is waiting for him for a new adventure.
