AN AFTERNOON OF ON-FIELD TRAINING FOR AFFILIATED CLUBS

The journey of AC Monza’s Affiliated Clubs continues, moving from theory to practice on the pitch, united by a shared vision and common goals.

The Monza Drive methodology, together with its principles and values, guides and supports the development of the Clubs that have chosen to grow alongside AC Monza.

On Monday, 26th October 2026, AC Monza welcomed the Technical Coordinators and coaches of its Affiliated Clubs to the Centro Sportivo Silvio and Luigi Berlusconi-Monzello for the first of several training sessions.

Being welcomed into the heart of the biancorossi and experiencing first-hand the atmosphere of a place where dedication to work and ambition go hand in hand is a unique experience.

During the session, participants had the opportunity to observe a Youth Academy training session from the touchline, gaining first-hand insight into communication methods and coaching approaches, closely linked to young players’ learning processes.

Developing one-on-one duels, encouraging creative thinking and continuously broadening each player’s technical skill set were the key focuses of the afternoon session, led by coach Andrea Biffi. With outstanding professionalism and expertise, he presented and explored each exercise and proposed scenario in detail, explaining its objectives and purpose in line with the club’s methodological principles.

Participants showed great interest and enthusiasm and, at the end of the session, took the opportunity to engage with Biffi, ask questions and explore the topics covered in greater depth.

Further stages of the journey alongside AC Monza lie ahead for the Affiliated Clubs, all with the shared aim of continuing to learn, develop and improve together.
