LUCA MARRONE JOINS AC MONZA


Luca Marrone is officially an AC Monza player.

The Italian defender arrives from Crotone on a permanent basis and has collected 72 caps with 2 goals in Serie A and 105 appearances with 5 goals in Serie B so far. Marrone has also been the Italy's Under 21 captain, with which he collected 32 caps and one goal.

Born in Turin on 28th March 1990, Marrone grew up in Juventus' youth academy, with which he made his Serie A debut at the age of 19 during the 2009-2010 season.

In the summer of 2010 he joins Siena, achieving promotion to Serie A and earning his return at Juventus, with which he wins two Scudettos and two Italian Super Cups.

In the three following seasons he plays with Sassuolo, Carpi and Hellas Verona before joining Belgian side Zultem Waregem on loan, with which he wins a Belgian Cup.

After a short experience at Bari he returns at Hellas Verona, with which he achieves his second promotion to Serie A in the 2018-2019 season.

The following season he achieves the third promotion of his career with Crotone.
